As the cold weather is already here we try to keep our style and follow the latest trends but we also have to be comfy and warm. And what could be more extra
comfy and warm than a pair of UGGs? So from this point we have a little problem/dilemma: To UGG or not to UGG? What do you think? Do you like these ugly boots? Do you consider them to be stylish? I personally like them, eventhough I own only one pair and don't wear them to offten. But some days are just perfect for this type of shoes. My question for you is: Do you UGG or not? Guess who is back! Yeah, you're right :D ! I'm back in business!

I was very lazy last week (I know, I know) but I have some reasons...I am a little busy with my driving lessons and I was away for a few days, first with my friens and after that with my dad. :D

So you can now expect many new posts because i plan to make some outfit posts and also talk a little bit about the FW 2010-2011 trends and the new collections that are already in the stores.

You know that my other big passion is photography. So I'm proud to say I also took a lot of great photos that I will show you soon in a new post! Stay tunned!

Do you remember that in my last post I asked you how old do I look like? Well most of you said I look younger that my real age which is 18. But I guess this will be a good thing in let's say...15-20 years? :))

    It is finnaly time to present you the lovely dresses that Ana from High Street Cardigans has made for her collection named Snobbish Breakfast.
Ana is a great fashion blogger, with a lovely style (you can check out her blog here) and it was her dream to put together a small collection of chic dresses.

   And like Ana says, if Tiffany's a long way, dressing like Audrey just became accessible. And she's right. 'Cause the collection kinda reminds me of the glamourous and elegant style of Audrey Hepburn.

   So if you are a real fashionista and you love dresses...a long and glamorous dress like these ones is a must! :)

     I was a little busy the last few days, so I didn't make any outfit pictures. Buuuut today I had time to take some pics (i wanted to take some pics outside but everybody was busy and I don't have a tripod yet so...this is the best I can do for the moment).

So, I guess most of the girls who like fashion like
to go shopping, so I thought it will be
good&interesting to talk about this and
share opinions :)

I took this photo and I love it! What do you think?

I love to go shopping.

Especilly on sales :D And i think that sales are the perfect time to renew your weardrobe or just to buy other things that you need (or not :)) ) at the best prices. I usually go shopping with my friens or with my mom.

What about brands?

Do you only buy designer/brand clothes&accesories? Or you prefere little no-name stores?
I personally prefer to mix&match. I love some little shops in my city which hide real "treasures" at low prices but I adore big stores too. My favourite brand is H&M. Too bad we don't have it here, in Romania. Then I like some stores from the Inditex group (Zara, Stradivarius&Bershka) and Orsay. Oh and from the internet I love TopShop&ASOS but unfortunatelly I don't have too many pieces from the last two :( And I have to recognize I LOVE Chanel bags. Looove them. Too bad they're so expensive (#*$#*%#) and I don't have any income.

I'm curious what do fashion lovers think about shopping and I can't wait to find out new shopping methodes :)) or to find about lovely stores & brands.

Here are some photos from today ( actually from yesterday 'cause it's past 12 ) . I went in the biggest park in our city. Just love that place :X And it's great for photos. And today it was veeeeery cold, like 14 or 15°C. I hope the weather will get better soon.

Hello everybody! I'm sorry I didn't wrote anything lately but I had many problems. My camera is broken :( I was so sad when this happened because I can't buy a good camera so soon. A day after that, my computer broke...and I lost all my photos,music and other documents I had on the hard disk. Luckily I was able to recover all I had but it was kinda expensive so less money for the camera :(.
I can stil take photos because just the display of the camera is broken but it sucks because you can't see anything. The weather is awful. It rains all the time and it's cold. I don't like to complain so much but I really had to tell you this. So, be carefull with your cameras and have a great day!

Here in Cluj the weather is lovely. It is really hot outside. And I'm glad that the summer is finaly here...and so is the vacantion. But I really can't believe how fast time is passing... :( . This vacantion I plan to take many many photos and of course outfit photos and I also hope I will buy a new camera. :)
The flowers are from those who graduated highscool. It is a tradition to give flowers and sing a song called 'Gaudeamus' in the last day of highschool.

In days like these i realise I live in a very important city. A great event that takes place in Cluj-Napoca is the Transilvania International Film Festival. I went friday to watch a movie called Soul Kitchen. It was a german comedy and i liked it very much. Congratulations to the organizers because such a big and important event needs a lot of work!
I took advantage of the lovely weather and I took some photos in the city.

Strange weather here in Cluj. Rain... sun...then again rain?! who can understand something anymore? :))
Anyway, yesterday was a difficult and tiring day. I left from home at 8 in the morning and i arrived home at almost 11 pm. I had tot work at a team project all evening and it was sooo difficult. After that I went with a very good friend to shoot some fotos in a little park and then we went shopping.

Aww i almost forgot. i wore Berska jeans, Zara blouse, Stradivarius belt & jacket and flats bought from a local store

Today i will talk about things that i like.

I just love that the whole park & street are green.
I love the smell of flowers, especially of liliac, when i walk on little streets to go downtown, early in the morning. I love sunny days.
I love to hang on downdown, just to walk and admire the beautiful buildings and arhitecture of my city.
I like when I see/meet people who have the same interests as me.
I like people who smile. I like people who care about their look and consider fashion an art, not something superficial.
I like to enjoy every little thing that i buy/recieve like a little child.
I love coffee and chocholate.
I love summer days.
I love dogs & cats & animals in general.
I like reading mt favourites blogs and magazines.

I would have so many things to write about...so many ideas. Too bad i'm always in a rush. And more than this I have a lot to learn because I have a very important test tomorrow.

I didn't wear anything special today. It is just a simple casual look but I was in the mood for a short photoshoot in the park. :)
I can't wait for the weekend to come, because I have an intresting project about my town and I hope I'm gonna have a lot of fun. I will write more after that.

Ultima seara de Cluj Fashion Week a adunat cel mai mare numar de spectaori, toti nerabdatori sa inceapa showul. Au fost prezentate colectiile a 9 designeri: Kavathas Vangelos (Grecia), Diana Nita, Cristhelen B, Claudia Castrasse, Carmen Secareanu, Iris Serban, Raluca Coman, Agnes Toma si Delight (Grecia)

In ultima seara au fost prezentate colectii foarte frumoase, printre preferatele mele numarandu-se colectiile creatorilor de moda Agnes Toma, Kavathas Vangelos, Iris Serban, Crishtelen B si Delight.
Cele mai multe aplauze si strigate de 'Bravo' a avut colectia inedita a lui Carmen Secareanu.
Seara s-a incheiat cu multe confetti si cu speranta ca prima editie Cluj Fashion Week nu va fi si ultima ci va deveni un eveniment fashion anual.

Participand la toate prezentarile colectiilor din cadrul CFW pot spune ca ultima seara a fost cea mai reusita atat prin tinutele prezentate cat si prin entuziasmul publicului. In fiecare seara am vazut multi ziaristi,multi fotografi, cativa designeri, cativa bloggeri si sunt foarte curioasa sa vad articole despre CFW in revistele glossy.
As fi vrut sa pozez tinutele unor spectatori, intrucat am vazut atat tinute foarte bune cat si tinute demne de fashion police dar apoi m-am razgandit, pentru ca nu multi ar fi acceptat.

A doua seara a Cluj Fashion Week a adus mai multi spectatori decat in seara precedenta. Au fost prezentate 8 colectii, dupa cum urmeaza: Universitatea de Vest (Timisoara), George Neagu, Anca Ciataras, Mihaela Cirlugea, Vika Gorenco, Universitatea din Lyon, Ioana Covalcic si Choi Boko (Coreea).

Universitatea de Arte Timisoara - o colectie cu elemente geometrice

Anca Ciataras a avut o colectie interesanta, mizand pe combinatia alb-negru-auriu.

Choi Boko a adus pe scena festivalului imprimeuri florale si multa culoare. Tinutele au fost foarte incarcate, dar unele piese luate separat ar putea fi chic.

Din pacate nu am reusit sa fac multe poze, din cauza locului pe care l-am avut. Cel mai mult mi-au placut colectiile lui George Neagu, a Ancai Ciataras si unele tinute ale Universitatii din Lyon.
Foarte apreciata a fost colectia inedita a Vikai Gorenco.

CFW (Cluj Fahion Week) 15 aprilie

In primul spectacol de moda din cadrul CFW au fost prezentate colectiile urmatorilor designeri: CALLISTI - AUSTRIA,UNIVERSITATEA DIN IASI,ALEXANDRA CALAFETEANU,ADA BUCSA,BIANCA POP,LULU’AH,WILHELMINA ARZ,UNIVERSITATEA CLUJ,
SILVIA SERBAN,DORA ABODI - UNGARIA.
A fost o seara interesanta, in mare parte mi-au placut colectiile prezentate.

Univesitatea de Arte Iasi

Preferatele mele au fost colectiile Alexandrei Calafeteanu si a Dorei Abodi in special datorita cromaticii , a texturilor lejere si a volanelor jucause , toate prezente in colectiile celor doua.

Surpriza serii a fost prezentarea colectiei Adei Bucsa , o colectie plina de originalitate, cu elemente army, dungi, buline si mesaje. Poate prea extravaganta pentru publicul romanesc.

Colectia Biancai Pop a fost interesanta, cuvantul potrivit pentru a o descrie fiind: VOLUM.

Wilhelmina Arz

Creatiile Universitatii de Arte din Cluj-Napoca a avut o colectie interesanta, bazata pe tonuri de gri. Dupa parerea mea, i-ai lipsit mici detalii sau elemente colorate care sa scoata tinutele in evidenta. Daca stam sa analizam fiecare piesa, a fost o colectie reusita.

Publicul a fost destul de numeros. Am vazut spectatori imbracati atat elegant cat si in jeansi. Am vazut spectatori imbracati clasic si simplu dar si spectatori care au preluat noile trenduri din strainatate (de exemplu, ochelarii de soare stil 'geek chic').

Am vazut-o bineinteles pe Diane Pernet(se vede si in poza de mai sus), o personlitate a carei prezenta se face remarcata cu siguranta datorita tinutei pe care o adopta.

I remember that when i was little I recieved for Easter a little bunny, from my grandparents. I was sooo happy. I used to play with him all day long. I so miss those days when the whole world seemed pink and there were no problems. :(

Today i went downtown to buy a gift for a friend.
I always like to look how people are dressed. And unfortunately you can see oly very few people who are interested in fashion and care about how they look&dress. Many people tag you as superficial if you show a big interest in fashion and I really don't agree with this. But I think that this mentality is only in this country...or not?

Today I went for a walk in the city whit one of my best friends. Unfortunately (or not :D ) the rain started and we had to enter in some strores. I was very happy because i found Kinder Surprise in a small supermaket. It disappeared a few years ago and finally it is available again in stores, so it was a really big surprise for me, because i looove it .

Ca in fiecare iarna de pana acum, la vazul primilor fulgi de nea care cadeau cu pasi repezi, acoperind casele, pamantul,copacii si vazand cum intregul oras capata o noua infatisare perfecta pentru o iarna ca in povesti am avut o scilipire in privire. Un zambet. Un sentiment placut. Amintirea iernilor de mai demult … a plimbarilor cu sania, a ingerasilor facuti in zapada si a bulgarelii din curtea scolii.
Atmosfera Sarbatorilor de Iarna a fost accentuata de peisajul de un alb imaculat ce ne era oferit de catre natura. Crengile copacilor imbracati cu fulgi de nea sclipeau in razele soarelui timid care iesea din nori pentru a ne incanta, oferindu-ne imaginea unei paduri de argint,a unui peisaj de poveste. Si pentru prima data in ultimii ani… am avut zapada de Craciun. Nu asa multa precum cea care urma sa vina. Astfel in ianuarie si februarie am avut zapada cat in ultimele cinci ierni in total. Martisorul insa … ne-a pacalit. 1 Martie a venit cu o temperature de 10-11 grade, soare si ghiocei. Dupa doua zile din nou friiig. Am zis ca e vremea schimbatoare dupa cum spune traditia ca e in zilele Babelor. Si am asteptat sa treaca cele 9 zile. Si au trecut. Iar temperaturile au continuat sa scada iar fulgii sa cada, asternandu-se din nou plapuma alba, spre exasperarea tuturor.M-am saturat de iarna! Pana peste cap! La inceput mi se parea foarte fain ca avem in sfarsit o iarna adevarata. Dar dupa ce zi de zi trebuie sa ma imbrac atat de gros si tot sa imi fie frig, sa fie tot timpul ud, toata lumea sa fie racita. Stop! E prea mult! Vreau PRIMAVARA! Dar nu ramane decat sa asteptam ... numai ca nu mai am rabdare! Abia astept sa vad toti pomii infloriti, iarba verde si cruda, lalele ,zambile sau lacramioare; sa simt mirosul proaspat si placut care zace in aer. Abia astept sa scap de toate hainele groase... de pulovere, haine de lana sau geci pufoase si sa le fac loc tricourilor, cardiganelor, camasilor cu maneca scurta sau 3/4, pantalonilor subtiri, fustelor si balerinilor. Abia astept sa se topeasca zapada si sa fie uscat pamantul ca sa nu calc in toate baltile si sa ma pot plimba in voie. Poate in 21 martie va veni… sau poate vom avea un Paste inzapezit?! Sper totusi la prima varianta 8->
